Hey, Ladies & Gentlemen! I hope you all have been doing well.
There has been a lot going on this week, but before we get started, I want to offer condolences to the family of the ICONIC Tina Turner.
We lost another legend this week, but we will keep rolling and honor her memory.
The weather is also getting nicer, and we are embarking on a 3-day break. And I don't know about you all, but no work on Monday excites me.
Therefore, I wanted to suggest some events and places to try if you want something to do during Memorial Weekend in Boston.
If you're looking to Party, here are a few suggestions.
#1: FLEX hosted by the one and only SparkFM & Lifted Smoking Goods will be held on Saturday, May 27, from 9 PM – 1 AM.
Come ready to whine up your waist, turn up, and enjoy the best reggae and dancehall.
Tickets are $25, and if you have yet to purchase a ticket, what are you doing?
I have included the ticket link below, so you have no excuse not to purchase one.
You want to take advantage of this ICONIC moment at Middle East Downstairs.
Music will be provided by DJ Slick Vick, MaddSound International, DJ Gary Banton & DJ Lady Ly!
Middle East is located at 472-480 Massachusetts Avenue Boston MA.

If you're looking to try new restaurants in Boston, here are a few suggestions as well:
#1: Grace by Nia recently opened at the Seaport.
It is located at 60 Seaport Blvd #325, Boston, MA.
If you have been to Darryl's Corner Bar & Grill and have enjoyed it, please take a moment to check out Grace by Nia. I promise you don't want to miss it.
The ambiance is out of this world, and the vibe is immaculate. And did I mention they have live entertainment? If you haven't, go ahead and get a reservation!
#2: Rhythm 'N Wraps is the spot to be at if you love Vegan Food or want to try something new.
They offer great meatless options, and they don't disappoint.
Rhythm N' Wraps is at 1096 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA.
#3: Highland Creole Cuisine:
If you have yet to travel to Highlands in Somerville, you're missing out.
The food is delicious, and I've gone countless times. Please, if you have time this weekend, check their spot out.
Highland is located at 2 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA.
#4: Top Mix Bar & Kitchen:
Child, I've ordered their Whiskey BBQ Bacon Burger many times, and each time, it tastes good.
If you have a second, please check out this remarkable place. They offer a combination of Caribbean and Southern cuisine, and I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.
They are also on Uber EATS!
Top Mix Bar & Kitchen is located at 257 Norfolk Avenue, Boston, MA.
Now, I will never forget the kiddos! They deserve to enjoy this weekend as well.
Therefore, here are four suggestions for enjoying Memorial Weekend with the little ones.
For example, if you're looking for a suggestion that will be entertaining and won't break the bank. I suggest the MFA & ICA who have Free Admission on May 29.
#1: For the ICA, you must reserve tickets on Sunday, May 28, to get in free on the 29th.
The ICA is located at 25 Harbor Shore Drive, Boston.
#2: TheMFA is located at 465 Huntington Avenue, Boston.
#3: You can also take your little ones to the Museum of Science or Children's Museum for a day of fun and running around.
#4: Puttshack
If your kids like activities, games, and mini golf, you should try Puttshack this weekend.
It is an excellent place for kids and adults in the Seaport!
Puttshack is located at 58 Pier Blvd. Boston MA!
